Paul Bossuet is an independent winegrower and distiller based in Chaniers in Saintonge, Charente. He cultivates and distills his own grapes into cognac, Pineau des Charentes, and other spirits. Rooted in local winegrowing tradition, this estate works vineyards located mainly in the Fins Bois area, ages its eaux-de-vie in historic cellars, and values artisanal know-how passed down from generation to generation, with particular attention paid to welcoming visitors directly and to the quality of its products, a choice appreciated in short distribution channels and by lovers of authentic cognacs.
