A word from the winemakers: An authentic and elegant cuvée. A blend of Merlot and Sciaccarellu (an island grape variety). The harvest is carried out exclusively at night to preserve the grapes from oxidation as much as possible. This wine has a brilliant pale pink color, the nose is delicate and aromatic with notes of red fruits. The palate is fresh and thirst-quenching, with a delicate finish.
Serve with Corsican charcuterie and grilled meats.
