A word from Cave de France: An original creation by Vinovalie (vineyards in the land of Ovalie!), Sang Mêlé brings together no less than 7 grape varieties and completely breaks new ground.
The color is a deep black, the multiple aromas are of an explosive intensity, dominated by notes of kirsch cherry. The whole is velvety, fleshy, very fruity and complex.
This unclassifiable wine embodies an iconoclastic and modern spirit; the winemakers recommend it with a duck burger and even chocolate desserts.
It will also delight your taste buds as an aperitif, with a barbecue and various cheeses.
