A word from the Winemaker: The slopes of the Chinon plateau, with their clay-siliceous soils, benefit from sunshine favorable to grape maturity. This is where a vineyard of Cabernet Franc thrives. The winemaking is natural and the aging lasts one year in oak barrels.
