Its supple and appealing texture, fine and elegant tannins, and especially its beautiful minerality from its stony terroir, make it a Chinon perfectly representative of its region's typicality. Béatrice and Pascal Lambert work the soil using organic viticulture, always with the desire to reproduce the pure Chinon style in the bottle.
Pleasant with all types of meat, it can also be enjoyed with cold cuts and cheeses, and stewed dishes.
A WORD FROM THE WINEMAKERS: The nose is appealing, rather fruity, while the palate expresses the full terroir of Les Perruches, evoking its stony and flinty character. The wine offers a lot of freshness, with a full finish and very fine tannins.
