Cave de France's note: Full-bodied and silky palate, subtly spiced. A Saint-Emilion with a fine, almost "airy" and fresh character, while retaining a beautiful tannic generosity. A subtle wine that can accompany red meats as well as white meats, and various cheese platters.
The estate covers approximately 24 hectares and benefits from a typical regional terroir, with clay-limestone and sandy-clay soils.
Château Yon Saint Christophe stands out for its accessibility while remaining typical of the Saint-Émilion appellation, and is highly valued for its excellent value for money.
THE CHÂTEAU'S NOTE: Dark color, intense nose of spices, tobacco, full and fleshy palate. Spiced vanilla notes, tannic finish with good aging potential.
