Great Provence Rosé Wine - 75cl X 6
Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault
Collection 281 - Vintage 2024

A word from Cave de France: An exceptional rosé wine crafted by the famous Provencal house of Minuty. This divine nectar offers a very pale, crystalline pink hue and an expressive nose where delicate aromas of citrus, exotic fruits, and white-fleshed fruits intertwine, sometimes enhanced by subtly iodized and floral nuances that evoke the maritime influence of the terroir.
On the palate, it reveals a beautiful freshness, an elegant structure, and a complex aromatic profile supported by saline minerality, offering a long persistence that makes it a gastronomic rosé.
This wine is best served chilled, ideally at 10°C, and pairs wonderfully with seafood, delicate fish, spicy dishes, or summer salads, while also supporting more audacious pairings such as certain gastronomic dishes.
Its name, "281", refers to the Pantone blue shade adorning its bottle, symbolizing the Mediterranean Sea that bathes the vineyards and inspires this high-end rosé.

Château Minuty was acquired in 1936 by Gabriel Farnet, who revitalized and replanted the vines around the 19th-century château, giving birth to a family saga of four generations of winemakers deeply attached to their terroir and expertise. Classified as a Cru Classé des Côtes de Provence since 1955, the estate now spans nearly 200 hectares of vineyards benefiting from a temperate Mediterranean climate and a maritime influence that imparts finesse and freshness to the wines. Known primarily for its elegant and refined rosés, Minuty cultivates its vines using sustainable practices and still harvests by hand to preserve the quality of the grapes, combining tradition and innovation to produce wines appreciated in some hundred countries. In 2023, the estate became part of the LVMH group, while continuing to be managed by the Matton family, who perpetuate the excellence and authenticity of this emblematic Provençal cru.
