A note from Cave de France: Provençal white wine made almost purely from Vermentino, a grape variety that gives the wine a fruity and floral expression while maintaining great finesse and a pleasant freshness on the palate. It is often part of the Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire appellation, which benefits from a terroir of clay-limestone hills near Sainte-Victoire mountain, where the altitude accentuates this characteristic freshness. Served chilled, this white pairs very well with light dishes such as fish or seafood, and it reflects a winemaking process that respects the fruit with elegant tension and a delicate nose.

The Domaine du Grand Boise, located in Trets at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire mountain in Provence, is a wine estate with a history spanning more than four centuries and has seen only a few owners over time. The vines cover some forty hectares within a vast wooded estate of some 500 hectares, with plots scattered between 300 and 650 meters in altitude, offering climatic conditions favorable to the slow ripening of the grapes and the freshness of the wines. The estate is committed to natural viticulture, certified organic since 2010 and currently transitioning to biodynamics, prioritizing environmentally friendly practices and low-intervention winemaking to allow the Provençal high-altitude terroir to express itself fully.
