Graves de Vayres - red 75cl X 6
Cabernet Franc 80%, Merlot 10%, Cabernet Sauvignon 10%
Héritiers Gustave Eiffel
A word from Cave de France: Rich in a history rooted in the family heritage of the famous engineer Gustave Eiffel, Château Bel-Air Eiffel is located on exceptional terroir made up of deep gravel, characteristic of the appellation. Dominating the Graves de Vayres plateau, this vineyard benefits from a mild and temperate microclimate, which gave it its evocative name, "Bel Air". This privileged location ensures ideal conditions for optimal grape maturation, giving the wines typical elegance and richness.
The wine develops notes of black fruits (cherry, currant), cocoa, and spices.
The palate is round and full, with present but well-integrated tannins. The finish is long, marked by flavors of red fruits and spices.
An ideal companion for red meats, Château Bel Air Eiffel will also pair very well with duck, cold cuts, or aged cheeses.
The property has been passed down through generations and is now managed by Gustave Eiffel's heirs. In 2021, winemakers Yves Glotin and Jean-Philippe Janoueix took over the management of the estate, with the ambition of combining tradition and innovation to enhance this unique terroir.
