Made without dosage, this cuvée offers a particularly pure reading of the terroir, where no liqueur masks the wine's substance. The nose opens with aromas of freshly pressed grapes, white fruits, citrus, and vine peach, accompanied by delicate spicy and mineral notes. On the palate, the attack is direct, lively, and very clean, supported by a saline freshness and a full texture that nevertheless retains great finesse. The absence of sugar accentuates the tension and precision of the wine while allowing a beautiful fruit maturity to express itself, a signature of the Drappier style.
