Champagne 75cl
33% Pinot Noir, 33% Pinot Meunier, 33% Chardonnay

A note from Cave de France: Among the emblematic Houses of Aÿ-Champagne, Deutz is renowned for its exemplary work with Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
Deutz Champagne is made from the Domaine's vineyards (around 30 hectares), with a very high-quality contribution of rigorously sorted local grapes.
It offers the specific characteristics of this great Champagne, appreciated by connoisseurs: pastry, floral, and almond notes, toasted bread, fine and ethereal bubbles, perfect balance. A palate as pleasant as its brilliant color is promising!

An historic Champagne house founded in 1838 by William Deutz and Pierre-Hubert Geldermann, located in the Aÿ region of Champagne. Known for the quality and tradition of its wines, Deutz produces a range of champagnes renowned for their finesse, vinosity, and complexity.
Maison Deutz owns 42 hectares of vineyards and has access to 216 hectares of vines across Champagne, allowing it to select the best grapes for its cuvées. Deutz champagne is made from the three main Champagne grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier.
Among the champagnes produced by Deutz are the Brut Classic, the Brut Rosé, as well as prestigious cuvées such as William Deutz and Amour de Deutz. These champagnes are aged in chalk cellars, which contributes to their aromatic development.
Deutz is also recognized for its Blanc de Blancs champagnes, exclusively using Chardonnay grapes from the best terroirs of the Côte des Blancs.
