Champagne 75cl
Chardonnay 55%, Pinot Noir 30%, Pinot Meunier 15%
A word from Cave de France: By etymological and geographical chance, Ayala is located in Aÿ, Champagne! Its story is like a novel... that of a Colombian diplomat's son, Edmond de Ayala, who came to learn winemaking from the Comte de Mareuil in the mid-19th century. For 160 years, Ayala has been recognized as one of the main players in the Champagne world, with Champagnes renowned worldwide for their fine and dry character.
Ayala Brut Majeur has a low sugar dosage and is aged for 3 years in cellars, to achieve this inimitable, direct, and precise style. A connoisseur's Champagne...
A word from Maison Ayala: Brut Majeur is a perfect representation of the AYALA style. Chardonnay, the emblematic grape, makes up 55% of this cuvée, expressing all its purity and elegance.
The same spirit of purity is found in the low dosage and vinification in stainless steel vats, which guarantees respect for the primary aromas. A prolonged aging of 3 years in the cellar adds the final touch to this cuvée, where balance and precision coexist with finesse and elegance.
The result of a bespoke blend, Brut Majeur incorporates more than 70 crus from across Champagne. An exceptional supply that highlights the richness of the terroirs: Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims, Vallée de la Marne, Aube, Vitryat, and Sézannais.
During vinification, 120 individual stainless steel vats each house a cru, a grape variety, a year. This care given to the raw material preserves the integrity and personality of each cru, for a blend of rare diversity.
