A word from Cave de France: We have been working with winemaker Jean-Louis Rives and his wife Lona for ten years now, on this Cadillac which is always perfectly consistent in its taste quality. As we like to tell our customers in the cellar, this 2016 is 'velvety'. Indeed, the woody and fruity notes literally coat the palate, where you can detect aromas of red fruit and sweet vanilla, linked to barrel aging.

A word from the winemaker: Our wine comes from vines exposed on sunny hillsides. Elegant and subtle with its notes of red fruits, it has balanced tannins.
We recommend opening it a few hours before tasting to facilitate the development of its aromas.
We enjoy tasting our wine with family or friends around a good meal of red meat, white meat, vegetarian dishes or cheeses.
