A note from Cave de France: We have been working with winemaker Jean-Louis Rives and his wife Lona for ten years now, on this Cadillac, which is always perfectly consistent in its taste quality. As we like to tell our customers in the cellar, this 2016 is "velvet smooth".
Indeed, the woody and fruity texture literally coats the palate, where one can discern aromas of red fruit and sweet vanilla, linked to barrel aging.

A note from the winemaker: Our wine comes from vines exposed on sunny hillsides. Elegant and subtle with its notes of red fruits, it has balanced tannins.
We advise you to open it a few hours before tasting to allow its aromas to develop.
