A family property in Burgundy located south of Chablis for 4 generations, Olivier and Isabelle Boussard, joined by their daughter Margot, manage the estate which spans 23 hectares of vineyards.
Each plot is harvested and vinified separately so that the potential of the different terroirs, grape varieties, and vintages can be expressed. Traditional aging methods allow for the production of wines that can be enjoyed from a young age.
