Bareksten Gin uses approximately 26 herbs and botanicals, the majority of which come from Norwegian nature. These include wild berries, herbs, roots, and flowers. Among the most notable ingredients are: blueberries, juniper berries, elderflower, rhubarb. The result is a balanced and complex gin with fresh and woody notes, blended with aromas of dark fruits, herbs, and wild flowers.
Juniper is prominent, but balanced by subtle touches of fruity sweetness and spices.
