On the nose, one perceives fruity and woody notes, supplemented by honey, cocoa, and resin. On the palate, its attack is clean and frank, with a beautiful structured amplitude and a velvety texture reminiscent of blond tobacco. Today, it is managed by the fourth generation, brothers Jérôme and Lilian Tessendier, who combine tradition and innovation: while continuing to produce cognacs, they have diversified their production to include whiskies, rums, gins, and other spirits. The distillery has a complete setup: vineyards, brewery, stills, cellars, laboratories, and can perform up to a thousand blends per year.
