The vineyards of Lower Languedoc are bathed in sunshine, swept by the Mistral and Tramontane winds, a climate that brings a formidable structure to these Mediterranean wines. The color is clear, salmon-pink; the enchanting nose evokes lychee, guava, peach... the palate is delicate, without acidity, followed by redcurrant and small red berries. A rosé of pure pleasure, or simply pure happiness!
We can imagine it gracing an ice bucket on a summer table, by the sea or the pool! Grilled dishes are most welcome, such as lamb chops with Herbs de Provence, or simply as an aperitif with friends. Cheers!
